Yes. Fresh KDS On The Fly is designed to work with your active Fresh KDS. The app pulls data directly from your Kitchen Display System to show real-time performance metrics. If you’re not currently using Fresh KDS to manage orders, the app won’t be able to generate insights.
Fresh KDS On The Fly is included at no additional cost with any active Fresh KDS subscription. If you’re already using Fresh KDS in your kitchen, you can download and use On The Fly with your existing plan.

Para usar las notificaciones «Estoy aquí», debes estar inscrito en el nivel Premium o Ilimitado y tener habilitada la mensajería SMS. Incluya el enlace «Estoy aquí» en sus mensajes SMS. Para utilizar la función SMS de Fresh KDS, obtenga el consentimiento del cliente al realizar el pedido informándole sobre las actualizaciones por SMS. Si el cliente está de acuerdo, el cajero introduce el número de teléfono para actualizar el pedido. Fresh KDS conserva temporalmente el número de teléfono solo mientras el pedido esté activo y lo elimina una vez finalizado. Los clientes pueden darse de baja respondiendo a STOP a cualquier SMS.
