Yes. Fresh KDS On The Fly is designed to work with your active Fresh KDS. The app pulls data directly from your Kitchen Display System to show real-time performance metrics. If you’re not currently using Fresh KDS to manage orders, the app won’t be able to generate insights.
Fresh KDS On The Fly is included at no additional cost with any active Fresh KDS subscription. If you’re already using Fresh KDS in your kitchen, you can download and use On The Fly with your existing plan.

Pour utiliser les notifications « Je suis là », vous devez être inscrit au niveau Premium ou Illimité et avoir activé la messagerie SMS. Incluez un lien « Je suis là » dans vos messages SMS en accédant à Réglages > Messages dans l'application Fresh KDS, et en l'activant pour le type de notification par SMS souhaité. Pour utiliser la fonction SMS de Fresh KDS, obtenez le consentement du client lors de la commande en l'informant des mises à jour par SMS. Si le client est d'accord, le caissier saisit le numéro de téléphone pour les mises à jour des commandes. Fresh KDS conserve temporairement le numéro de téléphone uniquement pendant que la commande est active et le supprime une fois terminée.
