How It Works

Once the ClearCOGS integration is enabled, a Prep tab appears alongside your normal Fresh KDS order view.

Each prep item displays the quantity recommended by ClearCOGS. As your team completes prep, they can mark items off directly from the KDS and track their progress through the list.

ClearCOGS handles the forecasting and determines the recommended quantities. Fresh KDS brings those recommendations into the kitchen so your team can put them into action.
