Mistakes happen, but with Recall Individual Items, Fresh KDS makes it easy to recover specific cleared items without disrupting your workflow. Instead of recalling an entire order, you can select individual items to restore—helping your kitchen stay flexible and efficient.

How it works:‍

  1. Tap the Recall button in the left menu.
  2. Expand the order and select the item(s) to restore.
  3. Tap Recall X Items, and the selected items will reappear on a new order card.

Key benefits:

  • Fix Mistakes Quickly – Restore only the necessary items instead of recalling the full order.
  • Reduce Order Disruptions – Keep operations running smoothly without unnecessary changes.
  • Multi-Screen Recall – If multi-clear is enabled, items can be recalled to other screens as well.
