Keeping track of orders at a glance is crucial in a fast-moving kitchen. With Custom Order Timing, Fresh KDS helps your team instantly recognize which tickets are new, which have been in the queue for a while, and which are running late—all through color-coded visual alerts.

Each ticket progresses through three clear stages:

  • On time appear in green.
  • Orders in caution shift to yellow when they've been in the queue for a set amount of time.
  • Late orders turn red, signaling immediate attention.

You can customize these timing transitions by order type to fit your kitchen’s workflow. This simple, visual system keeps everyone aligned and focused, reducing delays and improving efficiency with just a quick glance.
