Streamline off-premise orders

Take-Out View in Fresh KDS is a specialized display mode designed to optimize off-premise order management, helping staff efficiently track and fulfill takeout, curbside, drive-thru, and delivery orders.

This view presents orders in a clear, easy-to-read horizontal ticket format that includes key details such as:

• Order type (e.g., Pickup, To-Go, Delivery, Drive-Thru)
• Customer name
• Pickup time
• Total item count
• Order progress (In Progress, Ready)

Take-Out View is customizable, allowing you to choose which order types appear. While it’s best suited for off-premise orders, you can also include For Here orders if needed, giving you flexibility in how you manage fulfillment.

Manage Orders with Ease

‍Tapping on an order opens an Order Summary screen, providing a detailed breakdown of:

• Customer name and pickup time
• Full list of items in the order
• Order type
• Quick-action buttons to mark the order as Ready or send a text notification

Improve Curbside Pickup with “I’m Here” SMS

‍With Customer Messaging, you can send a pickup notification to customers when their order is ready, including an "I’m Here" link. When the customer arrives and clicks the link, a red "I’m Here" icon appears on the ticket in Take-Out View, letting staff know the customer is waiting for their order.

By using Take-Out View, your team can reduce confusion, speed up fulfillment, and enhance the customer experience, all while keeping off-premise orders organized in a single, dedicated screen.
