  3. Connect to Fresh KDS: Ensure both the Fire TV Stick and Fresh KDS are on the same Wi-Fi network, then connect the Order Tracker app to Fresh KDS—no internet required.

By implementing the Order Tracker, you provide customers with clear visibility into their order status, leading to a more organized and satisfying pickup experience.
